The very successful and widely-used Dimension membership product has tremendous power and capabilities. Xn Leisure have committed to making Dimension the hub of its enterprise-based solutions. Using the latest .NET and web services, Dimension brings together web-based and centrally hosted platforms to unveil a demanding yet forward thinking new age of leisure facility operators.

Dimension can be operated in thin-client, thick-client, or hosted environments. We can provide hosting for any of this. Xn Leisure also provide a variety of add-ons to allow your business to use online bookings, online membership renewals/upgrades, onsite kiosks or access control, and of course various interfaces to other types of software from NLPG postcode lookup to exports to financial software.

Xn Leisure Systems Ltd have a defined, unequivocal vision to be a partner to players in the leisure industry rather than a supplier.

We have over 30 years’ experience in the leisure market and thousands of users who benefit from partnering with an organisation offering a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise. We are engaged in a programme of continuous strategic investment in people, systems and processes. Our move into bespoke premises in Abingdon in 2007 represented an important step forward for Xn. The new offices strike the balance between reflecting the friendly, people-orientated nature of the leisure sector whilst stimulating innovation and focused performance amongst our personnel.

Xn Leisure take our customer base very seriously and build long-term relationships. We appreciate that any organisation making a new IT investment is making a long-term and significant investment not only in monetary terms but in potential culture and process change.

Our nationwide team of field-based business development managers and internal account managers make sure that your business is our business and that we are always only a phone call away. If desired, we can set up regular bi-monthly or quarterly reviews and include the Xn team members that have the specialised technical knowledge you need, to make sure your questions are answered thoroughly and accurately.

Declaring a partnership approach to the industry is easy – delivering it takes unfaltering commitment. We actively go out into the market and engage with our large user base representing the public, private, facilities management and education sectors in addition to holding regular meetings with members of the National User Group. The leisure industry is first and foremost relationship based, which calls for respect and trust and at Xn Leisure we pride ourselves on taking the time to listen to our customers. Our people are recruited not only for being talented but also because they are extremely passionate about leisure. This is essential, as the delivery of the partnership vision demands a team who buys into it. Investment in people and systems is influenced by customer feedback and input, reflecting the belief that success in the technology arena is built upon customer service excellence and quality systems. Supporting our customers’ aspirations and growth plans is key to the development of their businesses and ours.

Our appreciation that effective communication is vital to ongoing success has seen us invest in appropriate technology, from the website www.xnleisure.com to leading edge call centre software to enhance traceability and support web call logging. The name “Xn” came from a mathematical expression of X to the power of n, meaning exponential value – and over the years, it has morphed into its current logo form. Our mission is to ensure that adding value is at the heart of the partnership we bring to the leisure industry.
