Craggy Island is dedicated to providing a great indoor climbing experience for everyone. Whether you have never climbed more than a few feet off the ground, or you are the current world climbing champion, Craggy has what you need. You now have a choice of two dedicated, purpose built centre’s in Surrey and South London that each offer a different kind of climbing experience.

In order to meet increased demands from the customer and fight off the growing competition in the local area, they need an enterprise solution to help provide a strategic advantage.  This is why Craggy Island have chosen to implement Xn Leisure’s Dimension solution along with Cascade 3d reporting and Horizons Online Bookings.

This range of products will provide an enterprise solution that will help Craggy Island climb into a strong commercial position.  It will help them to not only manage their data in a more controlled environment but also provide enhanced functionality internally such as DD management, marketing and management information, through to enhancing the already established online community on Facebook by offering bookings to their members through their website.
