The scheduled courses will assist existing customer sites to further optimize the functionality of the software and will be run in the new training facility at Xn Leisure’s head office - bookable on a per person basis.
The suggested list of courses includes the following:
• Annual system maintenance
• Using analysis codes to improve financial reporting
• Efficient use of the Report Builder and effective methods of mail merge
• Effective use of the Prospecting functionality
• Full areas of membership management
• Setting up BACS processes
• Management bookings and invoicing
To support learning, all the courses will include practical exercises and relevant trainee notes for future assistance. These courses will run in addition to the tailored training delivered during the implementation of a project.
