New Dimension at Coventry Sports Trust

Coventry Sports Trust now operate 7 sports facilities on behalf of Coventry City Council since their appointment on the 1st April 2009. The Trust is growing having recently opened a new centre in the Wood End area of the City and plans to refurbish many facilities in the next 12 months. Xn Leisure have rolled out their industry leading Dimension management solution throughout the estate.

Facilities managed by CST include Coventry and Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centres, the Gym at the Ricoh Arena and Brandon Wood Golf Course. They also manage leisure programmes on behalf of Foxford School & Community Arts College & Tile Hill Wood School and Language College as well as the brand new Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre.

CST facilities generate about 1.5 million customer visits every year. By implementing Xn Leisure's Dimension system they are able to provide and manage a wider range of membership, pay & play, Passport to Leisure & Learning options to its customers. The web based solution allows all sites to access the system on low bandwidth broadband connection without the need for costly leased lines. CST is also able to offer healthy lifestyle options to all members of Coventry and Warwickshire’s diverse communities. The project is soon nearing completion and Xn Leisure looks forward to a long term partnership with the Trust.
