On Line Support Call Logging

The Self Service portal gives Xn Leisure customers the ability to log calls, communicate with the support team and review the live knowledgebase via the web.

Currently there are just short of 200 current users accessing Self Service and between 15% and 20% of all calls logged over a weekly period are logged via the web. If you would like access to the Self Service portal, please send a request to the Xn Customer Service Team on support@xnleisure.com
