Move into new offices marks new era for Xn Leisure

Xn Leisure has moved into new offices in Milton Park, Abingdon, with a view to increasing management efficiencies and economies of scale. Darrell Boxall, managing director of Xn Leisure explains: “When we were part of Torex Retail the leisure personnel were deployed across the country. This made it challenging to share best practice and ensure that customer feedback was effectively transmitted across the estates and managed. Now we have a single office presence which can house all personnel, allow for hot desking if required, customer presentations, seminars, training and R&D. The leisure industry is about relationships, efficiency, satisfaction and fun and I believe that the new premises reflect this mix.”

“There will be no distractions from our objective of being a partner to the leisure industry rather than a supplier, as leisure rather than retail is the core focus of the team now based at Milton Park. The team has grown since January when 20 leisure personnel moved from under the Torex banner to Xn Leisure. “There are now over thirty people driving this business forward and serving the needs of our 4000 users across more than 600 sites.  I hope that many of our customers find the time to come and see us at Milton Park and understand how our people-centric mind set for the offices also carries through to our approach to the market.
