"At the recent Exec User Group meeting I raised the point of how much of an improvement the Customer Service side of the business was. The Derbyshire Consortium felt that it was a 'million times better' than prior to the new Head Office opening and it was great to see the new self service portal achieving the potential as was first promised. We, the Consortium, felt that also a big improvement was due to the fact an enthusiastic self motivated customer service team had been recruited and that the Support and Development teams were all sited in one office, something that had previously been highlighted as an issue."
