Enterprise Membership

Xn Leisure's Flagship Membership product, Dimension, is a centrally hosted enterprise product which supports a number of key features more usually associated with the retail environment. Dimension has tremendous power and capabilities utilising the latest .Net and Web services technology, coupled with proven data transport technology used in 81 out of the top 100 fortune companies.

The objective of Dimension is to provide a robust, reliable, centrally hosted solution which will enable sites to operate on an individual basis, but with the added advantage of managing the member data estate-wide without the loss of autonomy or service locally, where relationships are managed. Dimension shares data to provide the flexibility to 'Master' data centrally and replicate down to a site level on a read-only basis. Using .Net and Web-services advances the technology base of core Xn Leisure products. A thin client application based on established web technologies, Dimension will provide central control which will be broadcast to sites using a bespoke XML-based messaging system resilience will be built in. Data can be consolidated until a connection is available and sent via the messaging system to allow sites to 'catch up'.

Membership

All the features you need to manage your membership database and allows users to perform a wide range of tasks with ease including; management of member profiling and payments, handling of complex membership schemes with multiple membership types per member and management of monthly membership schemes.

The membership module also enables you to profile your most profitable members and find out what characteristics they have in common and then use this information to find new prospective members who share these profiles and are likely to be just as profitable. Many members would rather spread the cost of membership by paying in monthly installments. TLMS gives vision of monthly Direct Debit commitments.

Member Summary Feature - The member summary functionality/screen displays an overview of the currently 'swiped' member including details such as:

  • Status (Prospect, Member, In Default, etc)
  • Photograph
  • Actions that can be applied to the person (change address details, add memberships, etc)
  • Make a Booking

All information contained relating to a member can be accessed from the member's summary page giving a complete 360 degree view of that specific member. This enhanced functionality greatly improves customer service and speed of customer interaction at all levels and locations, this summary page is at the hub of all member interaction.
