Aspect - Staff Rotas

Xn Leisure’s Aspect (Staff Rotas), launched at LIW in September 2007, is a technology solution addressing the challenging and resource-hungry task of staff scheduling.  This activity has generally involved paper-based systems or ‘home made’ spreadsheets, offering little functionality and reporting capability.

Aspect features comprehensive database functionality, empowering managers to record standard rolling shift patterns, employee details, planned absences - such as holidays - and known sick days.
