XN leisure launches Leisure Hub at its National User Conference


Xn Leisure has launched its pioneering self-service member platform – Leisure Hub – at its National User Conference (NUC). A unique customer service package, Leisure Hub offers a suite of features enabling members to interact with their health club, whilst relinquishing reliance on front of house staff. Leisure Hub is integrated into a health club’s website and/or app, giving customers complete control over their memberships, payment tracking, bookings and much more. Its comprehensive, user-friendly dashboard cuts out the need for long queues and arduous in-house administration. Users can book an activity in just 30 seconds through the platform.


The unveiling of Leisure Hub proved the highpoint at the NUC – a two-day event filled with seminars, networking and team-building activities, building up to the official announcement.

A white-labelled solution, Leisure Hub brings together critical operational leisure elements into one hub, avoiding having to brand, and send users, to several separate platforms. The interface is split into nine sections – online booking, my payments, my memberships, my profile, my documents, my bookings, my debts, membership prices and marketing preferences. Its superb API capabilities also make third-party integration with partners in the leisure industry a doddle. Members can easily customise the configuration of their dashboard and Leisure Hub will filter the list of memberships and activities based on a customer’s existing preferences, allowing their search to be much quicker and more interactive.  Filters can be defined as required by customers. For health clubs with a varied demographic, Leisure Hub is translatable across a huge range of languages.
