Xn Leisure National User Conference proves a sporting success
Amidst the Cricket World Cup mania that was starting to ramp up in June, Xn Leisure hosted their successful National User Conference, with a sporting twist. The conference, held on the 17th and 18th June, was an opportunity for Xn Leisure’s partners and clients to come together under one roof for two days of seminars, networking, a conference dinner, some magic, a fun team quiz and action-packed team-building activities.
Omega Security Systems and London & Zurich were the main sponsors of the conference, which culminated in the unveiling of Leisure Hub – Xn Leisure’s brand-new member experience platform.
After a great networking introduction, participants were split up into teams to compete for final sporting awards. The challenges? Quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, and karting - events which definitely got the adrenaline pumping and the camaraderie between teammates flowing.
Naturally, there were some sporting superstars who stole the show, but the general consensus was that the attendees probably ought to stick to their day jobs.
The second day proved a welcome break from any sporting frenzy, with an opportunity to network and listen to interesting presentations from the likes of UK Active, Pay.UK, Cardstream, Refer-all and Open Active.
At the end of the day, the big reveal took place and Leisure Hub was launched. Leisure Hub offers a wide range of features which enable members to virtually interact with their health club, from booking classes through to tracking payments and managing their own administration. Its purpose is to improve the membership journey, booking process and customer self-service experience whilst easing the pressure off front of house staff.
Leisure Hub was fantastically received by all in attendance and has already garnered brilliant feedback.
All in all, the conference was proved to be a roaring success.
