Project Management and Implementation Services

Overview

Our Project Managers coordinate, plan and organise the project from initiation to go live and beyond. A detailed schedule will be agreed which will include technical installations, training, data migration, business consultancy, delivery management of bespoke development work and go live support. We set deadlines for tasks to be completed, in order to meet the agreed go live date. We will tailor the project rollout based on the size, complexity, timescale and number of products to be delivered, because we understand no two projects are the same.

The quality of the work completed is monitored throughout the project with technical checklists, agendas and training evaluations. The assigned Project Manager will act as a single point of contact for the duration of the project. We motivate and lead both Xn Leisure Staff and your Project Team to ensure the project remains on track. We go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly, and the project is a success.
